For Jacob, there’s nothing as rewarding as helping someone sell a home or find their future home. He loves building successful relationships with clients that result in them making good on an investment or moving into their dream home. In fact, he’s been known to take clients out to a meal after settlement to celebrate the milestone!
Jacob grew up at a bed and breakfast, an upbringing that taught him a thing or two about property maintenance and customer service. He began his career as an electrician, but found himself longing for the interaction with people he enjoyed at the bed and breakfast. He also noticed how much he missed making people feel comfortable and understood. He wanted to find a career that would enable him to do that, and real estate was a natural fit.
Now, Jacob relies on his experience in hospitality and home building and repairs to be an effective REALTOR®. He is deeply knowledgeable in constructing homes and excels in assisting buyers in the market for a new home.
He also provides outstanding customer service to his clients by communicating every step of the way. His customers appreciate his attention to detail and the level of knowledge he brings to buying and selling properties. For Jacob, the best part of the job is finding buyers the home of their dreams and helping sellers get top dollar for their property investments.

Now, he’s taking that momentum and putting it into building his own team. When he’s not working with clients, Jacob enjoys coaching high school wrestling, spending time outdoors, and enjoying games and activities with friends and family.
