First time homeowners! We really didn't now all the ins and outs of the home buying process, Jake was so helpful answering our questions and explaining the process and paperwork. Anytime we had a question Jake was super quick to respond and made it so easy to schedule a viewing no matter how last minute we asked. When viewing the different houses, Jake allowed us to walk it and form our own opinions first. We were able to really think what we liked and didn't and Jake listened to all our pros and cons of each house. When putting in our offer Jake helped with all the nitty gritty of it all and now we've been in our first home for a year now and love it!
