Jacob is such an incredible realtor to work with! He is warm, welcoming, down-to-earth, and considerate. He takes the time to know you personally and for us as a couple, making sure to note our preferences, non-negotiables, and concerns. In a tough market, Jacob was able to help us do the impossible, get a home inspection and money towards a roof, something we never thought was possible. Jacob was our biggest cheerleader and always had a huge smile on his face to welcome us each time we met. He was flexible and worked seamlessly around our schedules and was always ready at the drop of a hat to take us to showings and answer any of our questions. His persistence and dedication helped us move forward, even when it felt hopeless, toward the house that was perfect for our needs and better than we could have ever dreamed. He was patient and skillful with several tricks up his sleeve that showcased his knowledge and wisdom that ultimately help us beat out multiple other offers and winning over the hearts of our sellers. I truly could not recommend him more and consider him a friend and an honor to work with!
