Jacob was such a friendly, engaging and personable agent. As a buyer's agent, he was always willing to meet us to check out a house, answer questions, negotiate for us, check on a house or sellers' status on our offer. He was always willing to " push the envelope" on an offer and do whatever it took to get us the best deal. As a seller's agent, he gave us helpful suggestions to maximize our house's selling potential, visibility, try new selling technology and make our listing look the best it could.
