Simply put, I wish everyone could have Jacob as their agent. He is kind, professional, knowledgeable and caring. He listens and advocates, sharing when he sees pros and cons of situations. He is responsive any time day or night. He accommodated our timing for visits, as we were buying a home from 2 hours away. In this tough market, he stayed positive and made the process of home buying as easy as possible. He got us answers to every question and was never afraid to investigate! At our closing, the sellers commented that when they had two equal offers, they chose ours because of how Jacob had advocated for us. We are so grateful for Jake!

Jacob was a pleasure to work with - he is "the real deal" - knowledgeable, professional, caring, and prompt. He was responsive any time day or night. He listened to our interests and helped us see homes that could be fits for us, not just "ticked the boxes." He helped us explore what we needed and we learned so much in the process. In the end, at closing, the seller actually mentioned that Jacob's advocacy for us was the reason the seller chose us over another equal offer.
