I could not express how much Jacob made buying my first home smooth. Before him being a younger buyer that started out looking at houses from a far, on virtual showings. My past realtor did not take me seriously. The moment I had the first meet your realtor call to him showing me options was within 12 hours. He also was wonderful with going over the paperwork, different options we have for offers, lastly how to be competitive in the Lancaster market. I am so happy I found him, and he got me into my first house. Thanks again Jacob and your team!
