As an out of state first-time home buyer, I needed an agent who was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Jake exceeded my expectations. He was always fast to respond via text or email a more detailed message. If he didn't know an answer immediately, he acknowledged that and got a response quickly. I appreciated his honesty and candidness throughout the home buying process. He took pictures and provided updates when I was not able to view things myself. I felt very comfortable with his guidance. By the time we got to final walk through, I knew all details would be sorted. Settlement went smoothly. I would not hesitate to work with Jake again.

Jake was amazing! He was readily available to show houses within our price range and then was helpful in finding other options as things were changing. The home we chose had very difficult sellers and our loan processor from our lender was dragging their feet, but Jake was a warrior snd did everything in his power to get us into our first home for us and our kids. If we decide to sell this home Jake helped us buy, we will be sure to list it with him and go with him to find another homeThanks for everything Jake!

I recently bought my first home and Jacob was my realtor. To simply say he was excellent would be an understatement. As I was searching for a home, the market was such that a home could be pending sale the day after it was posted. Without Jacob's fast response time and flexible schedule, I'm sure I would not have ended up with the dream home that I found. Additionally, he was very patient with me as we searched for a home over about three months. He was always happy to set up a showing at whatever time would work for me, and never pushed me to make an offer I didn't want. His knowledge of the market also helped me save some money on the home I bought because I could have submitted an offer 10k higher than he recommended. However, he assured me that his recommendation would still be a strong offer, and he was right! I am now as happy as can be, and I would recommend anyone I know to use Jacob for their realty needs!

This was our second attempt at the home buying process and while the market didn't change from our first attempt to the second, Jacob made it a million times better for us! He is professional and personal, and brings fun into what can be a stressful process. He explained things well and made sure we fully understood what he shared before moving on. I cannot reccomend Jacob enough! He is so fantastic to work with and truly cares about his clients. He went above and beyond - even after closing - to help make the transition and process of homebuying a smooth one, as well as finding answers to questions. He has great energy and is an all-around joy to be around! I felt strongly that he knows how to handle things at the table and get any job done, advocating strongly for those he is representing. The homebuying process can be stressful, and he did a great job reassuring me and helping to guide me through showings and offers, etc. I don't know anyone who works harder or who would geniuely enjoy serving and helping you through the homebuying process.
