I cannot reccomend Jacob enough! He is so fantastic to work with and truly cares about his clients. He went above and beyond - even after closing - to help make the transition and process of homebuying a smooth one, as well as finding answers to questions. He has great energy and is an all-around joy to be around! I felt strongly that he knows how to handle things at the table and get any job done, advocating strongly for those he is representing. The homebuying process can be stressful, and he did a great job reassuring me and helping to guide me through showings and offers, etc. I don't know anyone who works harder or who would geniuely enjoy serving and helping you through the homebuying process.

As an out of state first-time home buyer, I needed an agent who was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Jake exceeded my expectations. He was always fast to respond via text or email a more detailed message. If he didn't know an answer immediately, he acknowledged that and got a response quickly. I appreciated his honesty and candidness throughout the home buying process. He took pictures and provided updates when I was not able to view things myself. I felt very comfortable with his guidance. By the time we got to final walk through, I knew all details would be sorted. Settlement went smoothly. I would not hesitate to work with Jake again.

Jacob made buying a house for the first time extremely easy from start to finish. We had many questions throughout the entire process and Jacob was always quick to respond and help us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking for homes in, as well as specifications about individual houses.
