We feel blessed to have worked with Jacob Zeigler and his team! Jacob took away alot of the stress that comes with buying and selling. Jacob had our house sold in a little over 24 hours. The selling realtor on the house we bought even commented on what a good realtor Jacob is. Jacob went above and beyond for us, he is easy to reach and gave us many resources to help with our move. Jacob is professional, easy to talk to, and we really enjoyed working him. We can't recommend Jacob and his team enough!

I could not express how much Jacob made buying my first home smooth. Before him being a younger buyer that started out looking at houses from a far, on virtual showings. My past realtor did not take me seriously. The moment I had the first meet your realtor call to him showing me options was within 12 hours. He also was wonderful with going over the paperwork, different options we have for offers, lastly how to be competitive in the Lancaster market. We recently had a cross-country relocation and Jacob was our realtor. We've moved four times in the last 15 years and this experience was second to none. We had 48 hours to look at over 20 locations and Jacob managed every detail. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and detail oriented...and in the end, we got the house of our dreams.
