Jacob was such a friendly, engaging and personable agent. As a buyer's agent, he was always willing to meet us to check out a house, answer questions, negotiate for us, check on a house or sellers' status on our offer. He was always willing to " push the envelope" on an offer and do whatever it took to get us the best deal.
